Founded in 1919 by Mark N. Guho in Southern California, our company originally specialized in heavy civil infrastructure work for municipalities. After WWII, the second generation took up the mantle, continuing the company’s expansion and strengthening its reputation.

In 1993, the business was relocated to Eagle, Idaho, where it evolved into a full-service company, now focusing on vertical construction within the commercial, healthcare, education, hospitality, and industrial sectors.

We hold an “Unlimited” public works license in Idaho across four construction categories and maintain strong bonding relationships, an excellent safety record, and a healthy balance sheet—all of which allow us to deliver high-value results with stability and confidence.
